Marlee has 18 years’ of hospitality experience, 10 years of which has been at the ExServos Club, including 2 years as a Duty Supervisor and 6 years as a Shift Manager.
In her role as Operations Manager, Marlee provides strategic leadership and management to streamline processes and ensure efficiency within the Club’s operations, whilst fostering a positive team-work environment.
